Ultrafootballboots is supporting the Sheffield FC & McDonalds partnership in the Boots for Africa scheme.

What is the Scheme?

Boots for Africa is a scheme to give underprivileged children in Africa a chance to enjoy themselves playing football without getting their feet damaged from playing on hard and sharp surfaces barefoot. Football is a vital part of these communities, as it's a much needed relief from the stresses they suffer on a daily basis. Boots donated to the Boots for Africa scheme will be delivered to some of the poorest children in the world, who have never had a pair of football boots.

How To Get Involved

To get involved, simply email the charity with details of your club, organization or school. Simply collect the boots that are clean, paired up and tied together into a boot bag, with a minimum of £2 donation (which will be subject to Gift Aid). Write on the boot bag the size of the boots and the name of the donor on it, and then drop off your boots at your nearest collection points.

The boots will then go to the distribution centre in Africa and they will send boots to communities in South Africa, Ethiopia, Ghana and Zambia. Each community will then distribute the boots to a child in Africa.
